Acid Rain Increased In Cuban

Havana, TimeIsNews.com - Some Cuban scientist monitoring the environmental pollution, Monday (7 / 6), says there is a rise in acid rain in the country.

The experts from the Center for Pollution and Atmospheric Chemistry (CECONT), as quoted by Granma daily, found that 25 percent of annual rainfall levels in the country containing a low acidity, medium and high.

Osvaldo Cuesta Santos, president CECONT, emphasized the importance and necessity of monitoring the increase in acid rain.
